⚘ Exchange & Refund Policy ⚘

To begin your return or exchange email devi.immersion@gmail.com with your concern.

 

~ You can exchange or receive a refund on full priced Devi Immersion items within 30 days of purchase. Once your exchange/refund is received, you will receive a courtesy email of your exchange/refund that has been processed. 

~ Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to honor your exchange/return.

~ If you paid via credit card, please allow 7-10 business days for funds to securely process. 

~ Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed with tags attached and folded neatly in the same packaging you received it in. 

~ Sale/Discounted items are final and are not eligible for exchange or refund. 

 

~ Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

~ Domestic and International orders are required to arrange return postage at your own expense via your preferred shipping provider. Lost or missing returns are not the responsibility of Devi Immersion. We strongly advise to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to our warehouse safely.

~ We are unable to offer price adjustments for promotions and discounts. Promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before a promotion commenced or after it has concluded.

~ We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item. 

~ Please note: Devi Immersion is not responsible for non-Devi Immersion items shipped back to us in error.

 

*PLEASE NOTE* Once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. This includes cancelling or swapping of any sizes or items within your order. Rest assured we do have a flexible return policy should you receive your order and it’s not quite right for you.

~ Devi Immersion is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

 

~ For Exchange: Once you have finished the return process for the selected item(s), we will email you with a confirmation of the package received and you can continue shopping and place a new order for any newly selected styles!

 

 

Exchange for a Broken or Damaged Item

 

~ We apologize for any unexpected events with your order. Email devi.immersion@gmail.com with your concerns along with a photo of your broken or damaged item.

 

Exchange for Wrong Item

 

~ We apologize for the error with your order. Please email devi.immersion@gmail.com for more assistance, as we would like to review our inventory before an exchange order is placed.

 

Lost or Missing Returns

 

~ Lost or missing returns are not the responsibility of Devi Immersion. We strongly advise you to use a trackable return shipping service to ensure your return is delivered to us safely.

⚘ Shipping Policy 

Shipping Methods and Charges 

 

~ Our online business hours are Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Rome, Italy. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email devi.immersion@gmail.com

~ At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will be noted on your Order Confirmation email. 

~ Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number and details on how to track your package. 

We endeavor to process orders within 1-5 business days. Please note during sales or holiday periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order. 

Charges and Duties

Please note that any duties and charges payable in the countries outside of Italy are the responsibility of the recipient. Devi Immersion, unfortunately, has no control over import fees and these will be the responsibility of the recipient prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs office for estimated custom tax and duty charges prior to ordering and consider placing multiple orders for larger value orders. 

Orders returned due to refusal of delivery/payment of duties and taxes will be subject to the original shipping costs as well as the import and return shipping fee charges incurred on the delivery back to our warehouse. These costs will be deducted from the refund of the order.

Shipping Delays

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside the control of Devi Immersion. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Devi Immersion is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

 

Lost Parcels

Devi Immersion offers tracking for all orders, however Devi Immersion does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with Post Italiane/DHL.
